PROJECT CLASS with Sydney

Turn your knitting frustration into a fun evening! Sydney will help you work through any challenges to finish your project successfully. Participants attend any 6 classes out of the 8 scheduled.

KNIT CLUB FOR KIDS with Sara

This drop-in Knit Club is designed for kids aged 8 – 12 of all levels and abilities. Beginners will learn how to cast on and knit a garter stitch scarf. Ready to go beyond the basics? Come to class with your ideas and Sara will help you find the perfect pattern next project.
Level: Beginner. Cost: $15 per session or $10 each for 5 or more classes when pre-registered; plus supplies.
LEARN TO KNIT: BEGINNER BASICS with Shellye

Learn the fundamentals of knitting, and gain the experience and confidence you’ll need to successfully tackle your first knitting project.

CUSTOM FIT SWEATER: KNIT IT NOW with Sara

Are you ready to knit your best sweater yet? Sara will guide you from start to finish of your CustomFit sweater, including taking your measurements, evaluating your swatch, helping you choose a flattering style, creating the pattern and troubleshooting your questions. Once you’ve knit a CustomFit sweater, you won’t want to stop!

DESIGN AND WEAVE YOUR OWN PROJECT with Laura
MONDAYS, 2:30 – 4:30 pm |

This class covers the basics and more of project planning, warping and weaving a project of your choice. Please bring your already assembled rigid heddle loom, tools and ideas to the first class. Suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.

Once you’ve learned the basics of knit and purl, a few more techniques under your belt will open up a wide range of patterns to you, including simple mitts, cowls and hats. Moving beyond a simple scarf is easier than you think!

FOR THE LOVE OF BRIOCHE with Clementine

Learn the basics: two-color Italian cast on, brioche knit and purl, increasing and decreasing. After that, you’ll choose your own pattern to work on with the group, KAL-style.
CROCHET STUDIO with Stephanie

Bring your crochet project in progress or start a new one! Anything goes–just bring your questions, patterns, hooks and yarn and Stephanie will help you finish your project successfully. Note: this is not a Learn to Crochet class, beginner experience is required.

BAA-BLE COWL with Darcie

Following the success of the Baa-ble Hat pattern in 2015 there is now a Baa-ble Cowl from the same designer. You will learn basic Fair Isle (color work) techniques and practice knitting in the round on circular needles. The class supply list will provide more information on supplies.
Level: Intermediate. Cost: $50; plus supplies.
